Privacy Policy
Information submitted through our forms, including contact and medical details, is used solely to provide requested services and is handled confidentially in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Telemedicine Informed Consent
By using our tele-consultation services, you consent to receiving healthcare guidance via telemedicine in accordance with National Medical Commission (NMC) Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. Tele-consultations do not replace in-person examination where clinically indicated.
Data Retention
Medical and personal records are retained only as long as necessary for care continuity and as required by applicable law.
